Our showroom is open Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm. It is open Saturday from 9am to 5pm. It is closed Sundays, holidays, as well as holiday weekends.
Replacing your cabinet fronts only, which is commonly known as cabinet re-facing, is a service we do not provide. However, we would be happy to provide you a quotation for replacing your cabinetry. Typically, we find we are very competitive against re-facing estimates and are happy to provide someone who is looking to reface with another option.
It depends on the type of cabinetry you are ordering. Our products have varying lead times, anywhere from one to five weeks in general. Your salesperson will be happy to provide you with the information you need.
The amount of time required for installation will vary with the complexity of the job. In general, a typical kitchen installation will take somewhere between one and five days to complete. Consult your salesperson for an approximate time frame for installation for your job. Please note that installations usually take place a day or two after delivery.
Our trucks deliver throughout the working day, so your delivery could be anywhere from 8am until 5pm. If you require the approximate time of your delivery, please feel free to contact your salesperson, or our delivery/installation coordinator.
Yes. We offer our cabinet products on a 'supply only' basis for those customers who prefer to do the installation themselves. In addition, we also offer our Cabinets Direct cash and carry cabinet program, in which we have a variety of cabinets in selected styles, in stock ready for pick-up at significant savings. Please note that the delivery of your order will take place one to three days before installation. The date noted on your contract is a tentative delivery date. You will be contacted 1 week prior to your tentative delivery date to confirm that you are ready and able to accept delivery on that date. You may also contact your salesperson or our delivery/installation coordinator to move your delivery date. Please notify us as early as possible if you know that you will not be ready for you scheduled delivery date, so that we can schedule the best date possible for you.
You can postpone the delivery of your order up to 24 hours before the delivery date. Otherwise, you must accept the delivery on its scheduled date. If possible, you may have the cabinets delivered and stored in another room, such as the garage or living room. Keep in mind that most of our installers work individually, therefore do not have the cabinets put somewhere where he will not be able to move them by himself.
We require a 50% deposit upon placement of your order. We will also collect 40% upon delivery of your order. The final payment of 10% will be made at the time of substantial completion of the job.
