We primarily serve southern Vancouver Island and the surrounding Gulf Islands. Please inquire about jobs you would like done outside of this area.
What are your showroom hours?
Our showroom is open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 to 5:00, and Saturday from 9:00 to 5:00. It’s closed Sundays and holidays.
Can I replace my cabinet doors only, instead of replacing all of my existing cabinetry?
Replacing your cabinet fronts only, commonly known as cabinet re-facing, is a service we do not provide. However, we would be happy to provide you with a quotation for replacing your existing cabinetry – we typically find that we are very competitive against re-facing estimates.
How long does it take for my order to be ready?
This will depend on the type of cabinetry you are ordering. Our products have varying lead times, generally from one to five weeks. Your salesperson will provide this information prior to finalizing your order.
What time of the day will my cabinetry be delivered?
Our delivery trucks are on the road throughout the working day, from 8:00 – 5:00. If you require the approximate time of your delivery, please feel free to contact your salesperson or our shipping/installation coordinator.
How long will my cabinet installation take?
This will vary with the complexity of the job. Generally, a kitchen installation is completed in one to five days. Consult your salesperson for an approximate time frame for your installation. Please note that installations normally take place a day or two after delivery.
Can I install the cabinets myself?
Yes! We offer all of our cabinetry on a ‘supply only’ basis for those customers who prefer to do the installation themselves. We also offer a ‘cash and carry’ service – we carry a selection of kitchen and bathroom cabinetry in stock for immediate take-away.
Can you match the cabinet colour to a sample that I have?
Yes. We offer custom colour matching to suit your request. Please contact one of our salespersons for more details.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, personal cheques, Visa, MasterCard and Interac Direct Payment.
What are your contract terms?
We require a 50% deposit upon placement of your order, and a 40% payment upon delivery. The final payment of 10% will be made at the time of substantial completion of the job. If you have any questions about our contract or its terms, please feel free to contact your salesperson.
What if I am not ready for the installation after I have confirmed my delivery date?
You can postpone the delivery of your order up to 24 hours before the delivery date. Otherwise, you must accept the delivery on the scheduled date.
How do I confirm the delivery date of my order?
The date noted on your contract is a tentative delivery date. You will be contacted 1 week prior to your delivery to confirm the date. You may also contact your salesperson or our shipping/installation coordinator to move your delivery date. Please notify us as early as possible if you cannot accept your delivery on the scheduled date, so that we can reschedule on a date that works for you.
